Coach Parking Edinburgh

Coaches dropping off or picking up passengers visiting the centre of Edinburgh should do so at the area designated for such activity on Waterloo Place (see map below for details). 15 minutes is allowed for both dropping off and picking up.
After dropping off their passengers coaches can then park at either the coach parks detailed below or on-street on Regent Road which is extremely convenient for later pick up of passengers.

To reach Regent Road after dropping off passengers, coaches should follow Waterloo Place to the first set of traffic lights and turn right onto Leith Street (acute turn). Approach the roundabout in the off-side lane and take second exit i.e. straight ahead, to Leith Walk. At next roundabout take last (second) exit onto London Road and follow this to first set of traffic lights and turn right onto Easter Road. From traffic lights at top of Easter Road take a right turn into Regent Road. The coach parking bays are on the left-hand side. For pick-up of passengers proceed to Waterloo Place which is an extension of Regent Road.

Payment for Parking

Parking - On-street coach parking is provided all year on Regent Road, an extension of Waterloo Place. £1.60 per hour up to a maximum of 10 hours (i.e £3.20 for 2 hours, £4.80 for 3 hours etc.etc) on Mondays to Saturdays 8.30am to 6.30pm.
Coach bays are also provided on Johnston Terrace from April to September with payment required - £1.60 per hour up to a maximum of 10 hours (i.e £3.20 for 2 hours, £4.80 for 3 hours etc.etc) on Mondays to Saturdays 8.30am to 6.30pm.
